BIG SLA Prints Now Possible!
Our long awaited Form 3L has arrived! This large format SLA printer now allows us to print high quality SLA parts up to 335 x 200 x 300mm (13.2 x 7.9 x 11.8’’). As we grow, we’re always looking at expanding the tools we have in order to enable rapid prototyping for more applications. The 3L will now allow us to prototype large objects that weren’t possible before.
Rather than announcing this as soon as we received the machine, we’ve spent a significant amount of time qualifying the machine and running test prints on it. We now feel it’s at a level in which we can take on work. We have very high standards and want to make sure our customers get the best quality parts possible.
Our next task is to get our CNC Plasma cutter set up and dialed in. The goal is to pair this along with a hydraulic press and 3D printed dies to break the speed barrier in getting sheet metal parts & brackets made. Stay tuned!

SMALL BATCH MFG
The 3L excels at printing batches of parts. The unit has two lasers in the optical system which means you can print large batches of parts in half the time typically possible on the FOrm 3.
HUGE PARTS
Print large parts that weren’t possible previously, or that required multiple pieces bonded together.
Parts shown have not undergone any post processing after support removal
WIDE ARRAY OF MATERIALS
Similarly with our Form 3, we stock almost all of the engineering resins, which means greater flexiblity on materials for your specific application.
