Formlabs Silicone resin is a really amazing material. However, it's unfortunately not supported on the Form 4L and the success rate of the material is low even on the stock profile for the Form 4.

We went through a painstaking amount of time, effort and resources in order to test and tune print settings to get it to work surprisingly reliably on our Form 4L. The same improvements also apply to print settings on the Form 4, which are also included.

These print settings enable printing in Silicone on the Form 4L and also result in significantly less failures and more successful prints on the Form 4.

This is a digital purchase, files will be emailed after order receipt. Ensure our Ember Prototypes domain is whitelisted in your email settings.

We cannot issue refunds but can print samples before purchase if required. You will be required to sign a non-distribution agreement.

Although we spent an enormous effort tuning the settings, Silicone Resin is a very difficult material to print with. While we are happy to provide support, we are not responsible for print failures or improper print setup.
